| 摘 要： | 盐酸环丙沙星是具有广谱抗菌作用的新型药物。通过药物对人血清白蛋白内源荧光的淬来，给出了药物分子与白蛋白的缔合常数；基于能量无辐射转移机理，得出了环丙沙星与人血清白蛋白的结合位置距血清白蛋白第２１４位色氨酸残基的距离为２４．４Ａ。

| Abstract: | The ciprofloxcin is a new drug with wide-ranging antibacterial activity. In this paper,interaction of the ciprofloxcin with the human Serum albumin is studied by the method offlorescence quenching. The constant of combintion is obtained. Acording to the mechanism ofthe nonradiative energy transfer, the distance between the Trp-214 and the site of boundciprofloxcin is measured. It's about 24.4A. |
