植物低温保护剂对辣椒幼苗抗寒力的影响

摘    要:应用研制的植物低温保护剂(PLTPA)喷施辣椒幼苗.生理生化测定表明,电导率,丙二醛(MDA)含量比对照降低;TTC还原率,脯氨酸含量,可溶性总糖和叶绿素含量比对照提高;超氧物歧化酶(SOD),过氧化氢酶(CAT),过氧化物酶(POD)等保护性酶系统的酶活性也比对照提高;根和叶TTC还原率同步升高,电导率同步降低

Abstract:After spraying PLTPA (A plant low temperature protection agent invented. No of China patent 93101482.4) upon seedlings of pepper, the results show that: the enzyme activities of SOD, POD, CAT increase and reducing rate of TTC increase in the pepper seedlings, while the content of MDA and electrical conductivity rate decrease. THe contents of proline, soluble sugar and chlorophyll increase; the electrical conductivity rate decreases synchronistically and reducing rate of TTC increase synchronistically in both root and leaf.
