| 摘 要： | 本文主要探讨福建省生态公益林规划建设中存在的几个问题．如：长期以来生态公益林得不到社会的公正认识；生态公益林经营管理技术不规范；生态公益林生态效益补偿金严重不足；生态公益林管理体制与公益林的社会功能不相适等问题．针对这些问题进行分析探讨，并提出解决这些问题的可行性方案。

| Abstract: | Some issues about the layout of non - commercial forest in Fujian province were discused in this paper. The issues, the social misunderstandint of non - commercial, non - criterion in the technology of managemet and the management system, were not suit for the social function. Meanwhile ,some fesaibility ways to slove were listed in this paper. |
