| 摘 要： | 目的：提高肝胆管结石疗效。方法：对我院1995年10月至2001年10月间术后用纤维胆道统治疗肝胆管残余结石65例作回顾性分析。结果：取尽结石60例(92．2％)，5例残石未取尽(7．8％)。结论：在肝胆管结石症的外科治疗中，纤维胆道镜具有重要的临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To improve the curative effect of hepatobiliary lithiasis.M et hods:To review and analysis 65 cases with retained .Hepatobiliary gallstones aft er the hepatobiliary operation,and observe the curative effect of the choledocho fiberscope.Results:60 cases(92 2%)had been cured,5 cases still have some retai ned hepatobiliary gallstones.Conclusions:The application of choledochofiberscope is a very effective cure for hepatobiliary lithiasis. |
