摘    要:将氧化铁橙颜料及氧化铁黄颜料分别用于混凝土的制备,制得橙色混凝土和黄色混凝土。研究了两种彩色混凝土在浸水、CO_2碳化箱和自然条件下抗压强度的变化规律,并通过便携式色差仪测得彩色混凝土表面色值,分析其变化规律,来表征两种彩色混凝土的颜色耐久性。结果表明,随着时间的增加,两种彩色混凝土的强度耐久性更为优良,且黄色混凝土的抗压强度始终高于橙色混凝土。浸水条件下两种彩色混凝土的颜色耐久性较好,CO_2碳化箱中的彩色混凝土由于表面析霜,颜色均变浅;在自然环境中,由于水蒸气、气体、光照等多种因素共同作用,混凝土试件表面颜色逐渐变浅,但黄色混凝土的色差相对较小,即黄色混凝土耐久性优于橙色混凝土。

Abstract:The iron oxide orange pigment and the iron oxide yellow pigment are used for the preparation of concrete to obtain orange concrete and yellow concrete respectively. The variation of compressive strength of two kinds of colored concrete under water immersion, CO2 carbonization box and natural conditions was studied. In order to characterize the color durability of the two colored concretes, the color value of the colored concrete surface was measured by a portable colorimeter, and the variation law was analyzed. The results show that with the increase of time, the two colored concrete can maintain high strength, and the compressive strength of yellow concrete is higher than orange concrete. The color durability of the two colored concretes under water immersion conditions is good. The colored concrete in the CO2 carbonization box is lightened due to the surface frosting. In the natural environment, due to various factors, the surface color of the concrete specimen gradually becomes lighter. However, the chromatic aberration of yellow concrete is relatively small, so the durability of yellow concrete is better than that of orange concrete.
