电动汽车水冷式永磁同步电机设计与分析

摘    要:电机驱动系统是电动汽车的动力核心部件。针对某型纯电动运动型多功能汽车(SUV)的水冷式永磁同步驱动电机进行了设计与仿真分析。基于整车参数对匹配电机的设计指标进行了计算和选取,分析了电机的热源与热传递特性,设计出周向螺旋式水冷结构。基于有限元软件Ansoft对电机磁场进行了仿真,结果表明设计的电机能较好地满足车辆驱动要求。

Abstract:Motor drive system is the power core component of electric vehicle. In order to design and analysis the water-cooled permanent magnet synchronous motor for a electric sport utility vehicle (SUV), the motor model based on vehicle parameters was used to investigate. The motor design index was calculated and selected, and the heat source and heat transfer characteristics of the motor were analyzed. The circumferential spiral water-cooled motor structure was designed. Based on the finite element software Ansoft, motor magnetic field were simulated. The results show that the design of the motor can meet the requirements of vehicle.
