褐铁矿强化污泥厌氧发酵及经济分析

摘    要:污泥厌氧发酵具有污染小,并且能获得能源物质的优势。然而污泥厌氧发酵效率低。探究了褐铁矿强化污泥厌氧发酵产甲烷的影响。结果表明褐铁矿存在能够提高污泥厌氧发酵产甲烷率;当褐铁矿含量由0增加至4%时,甲烷产量由101. 8 m L/g增加至128. 9 m L/g。褐铁矿能够促进污泥厌氧发酵水解过程;并且褐铁矿含量越高,溶解性COD的最大值越高。此外,褐铁矿促进污泥厌氧发酵过程短链脂肪酸(SCFA)的积累;当褐铁矿的含量为3%时,SCFA的最大积累量为4 025 mg/L,显著高于空白对照组。褐铁矿存在促进乙酸的积累;当褐铁矿含量由1%增加至4%时,乙酸含量由35%增加至42%。p H为7有利于褐铁矿强化污泥厌氧发酵;而碱性环境抑制甲烷产生。经济分析表明褐铁矿的最佳剂量为3%,总节约费用为329. 2元/t。

Abstract:Sludge anaerobic fermentation has the advantages of less pollution and energy sources. However, the efficiency of sludge anaerobic fermentation is low. The effect of limonite on methane production from anaerobic fermentation of sludge was investigated. The results showed that the presence of limonite could improve the methane production rate of sludge anaerobic fermentation. When the content of limonite increased from 0 to 4%, the methane production increased from 101.8 mL/g to 128.9 mL/g. Limonite can promote anaerobic fermentation and hydrolysis of sludge, and the higher the content of limonite, the higher the maximum soluble COD. In addition, limonite promoted the accumulation of chain-breaking fatty acids (SCFA) during anaerobic fermentation of sludge. When the content of limonite was 3%, the maximum accumulation of SCFA was 4025 mg/L, which was significantly higher than that of blank control group. Limonite promotes the accumulation of acetic acid. When the content of limonite increases from 1% to 4%, the content of acetic acid increases from 35% to 42%. The anaerobic fermentation of limonite sludge was enhanced by pH 7, while methane production was inhibited by alkaline environment. Economic analysis shows that the optimal dosage of limonite is 3%, and the total cost savings is 329.2 yuan/t.
