精密丝杠副中滚珠冲击及其影响因素研究

摘    要:以预紧力引起的弹性变形和丝杠运动时滚珠的动能推导滚珠碰撞能量公式,提出以滚珠能量进行丝杠滚珠的冲击分析,研究了滚珠丝杠副滚珠冲击参数及影响因素.实验测试表明:丝杠低速时,滚珠的弹性势能对冲击响应起主要作用,滚珠的加速度冲击响应与丝杠转速成相反趋势,预紧力的大小对丝杠的冲击响应有较大影响.

Abstract:In order to study the impact parameters of the ball screw and its influencing factors, a formula of impact energy was deduced according to the ball's elastic transmutation caused by preload and the bali's kinetic energy when the screw revolves. A way to research ball screw impact based on bali's energy was put forward. The test results indicated that the Ball's elastic potential energy played a major role in the impact response of the ball screw at low feed-rate. When the screw's revolution speed increased, the acceleration impact response of the ball took the opposite trend. The value of preload had a significant effect on the impact response of the ball screw.
