中俄经济改革比较及其启示

苏联和中国都根据自己对马克思所有制理论的理解及当时的国内国际环境，先后建立了生产资料公有制经济体制。但随着社会经济的不断发展，原有的经济体制避步暴露其历史极限性和严重弊端，同时伴随着不断的改革尝试。在改革过程中，俄罗斯和中国根据各自情况选择不同的改革路径和方式，出现显然不同的改革绩效，对此进行比较，有助于我们了解社会主义经济体制改革演进过程，为我国的经济体制改革提供有益的借鉴。

A Comparison and Revelation of the Economic Reforms Between China and Russia

The different public ownerships Russia and China established from their own understanding of Marxist ownership theory against the domestic and international environments have revealed severe setbacks owing to the historical limits and are experiencing reforms in the progressing world.Different reforming approaches adapted to their different situations have produced varied achievements.Therefore,a comparison of them illustrates the reform progress of socialist economic system and brings about meaningful revelation for China's economic system reform.
