油茶组织培养过程中防止褐变的研究

摘    要:以油茶为试验材料,对其组织培养过程中褐化的发生及防止措施作了探讨,结果表明:褐化发生程度与培养温度、培养基中激素浓度和无机盐含量等因素有关;较高的培养温度、培养基中较高浓度的无机盐、较高浓度的激素及木质化程度高的外植体都会促进褐化的发生;培养基中加入吸附剂能有效地抑制褐化的发生.

Abstract:Experiments were carried out to discuss the affecting factors and solve the problem of browning of Camellia oleifera during the tissue culture.The results showed that the browning rate of Camellia oleifera in invitro culture could be increased with using the higher cultureing temperature,using the stem segment lignified as explant and supplementing with higher concentration of salt and hormone in medium.Some additions like sorbent could be effectively prevent Camellia oleifera explants from browing.
