| 摘 要： | 电子商务增加了跨国争端的发生频率.建立一个有效的电子商务争端解决机制,对推动电子商务的进一步发展是非常重要的.文章提出了一个解决机制的构想,同时介绍欧盟目前在这一领域的成就,并且对未来的发展提出建议.

| Abstract: | E - commerce increases the frequency of cross- bordcr disputes. It is important to create an effective dispute setdement mechanism to promote the further development of c - commerce. The paper draws a blueprint of such mechanism, examines the achievements within the EU in this urea and makes suggestion for furthet progress. |
