| 摘 要： | 详细阐述了多目标决策与评价的密切值法的原理、方法与步骤，并通过两个具体实例将该方法与灰色理论、模糊数学等方法进行了分析对比。研究结果表明：密切值法是一种有效而又实用的多目标决策方法，值得在其它领域推广应用。 |

| Abstract: | The principle and procedure of osculating value method, which is one of multi-objective decision, was introduced in this paper. And compared with grey theory, fuzzy mathematics, osculating value method was proved to be more advantageous and more effectively by two specific cases. Therefor, it was an efficient and practical method of multi-objective decision. |
