基于古村落自组织发展的调适性规划研究——以福建武夷山城村为例

从城市规划学角度审视古村落自组织发展环境,融合社会、经济、管理等交叉学科方法,寻求与古村落自组织发展相匹配的规划体系.针对当前古村落规划实效性低、实施难度大、政府投入大、容易引发社会问题等方面的不足,以自组织发展为视角,首先通过对古村落自组织动力机制的研究,提出古村落自组织发展的调适性规划理念;其次以主体机制、参与机制、培育机制为技术策略,建立调适性规划体系;最后以城村为例,探讨调适性规划的实施方法.

The Adaptive Planning Study Based on Ancient Village Self-organizing Development -- An Example Case of Wuyishan Cheng Village

This article aims to explore a kind of planning system, which would apply to the self-organizing development of ancient village, according to urban planning, by surveying the ancient village developing environment and combining with the cross-discipline subjects of society, economy, management, etc. Specific to the current problems such as low-efficiency, high level of implementing difficulty, mass government investment and easy to cause social problems, this article, first of all, comes up with the adaptive planning theory of ancient village self-organizing development through the study of such dynamic mechanism in the point of view of self-organizing development; then, it takes the technical strategies of body mechanism, participation mechanism and cultivating mechanism and builds adjustable planning system; finally, it studies the implementation methods of adjustable planning by the example of villages.
