| Abstract: | The report discussed a process for the preparation of funtumine from pregnenolone by such steps as catalytic hydrogenation, Mitsunobu reaction, digesting with an aqueous base solution and an aqueous acid solution, to obtain the alkaloids. The total returns ration is approximately 61.0%. |
