| 摘 要： | 随着物质需求多样性和不规则性及贸易全球化趋势的发展，企业的管理希望能协调物流系统的各个环节，以最低的价格、最好的服务来满足顾客的需求．运输作为物流系统的主要支柱是连接供应商、制造商和顾客的桥梁，是连接分散的工厂和仓库的手段，担负着整条供应链的产品和货物流动．通过运输网络设计、运输业态选择和装卸水平策略的分析，研究物流管理中如何进行合理的运输决策．

| Abstract: | With the development of globalization , the development of variable and irregular demanding, the enterprise managers hope that they can coordinate every processes of logistics. They want to meet the customers needs with the lowest price and the best service. Transportation is the main support of logistics which connects the suppliers , manufacturers and customers. It also connects the factories and warehouses. Transportation holds goods flowing of the whole supply chains. How to get the reasonable transportation decision is the most important issue of the enterprise logistics. |
