加强震后生态评价,促进灾区生态修复

结合《科技导报》首期学术沙龙"汶川震区生态影响评价及灾后生态重建与修复"讨论的成果,对汶川地震灾区生态环境的特点,地震对灾区生态的影响,震后生态评价的地位及任务,灾区重建及生态修复的原则、内涵和方法等进行了综合评述,力图为汶川地震灾区重建及生态修复提供相关的理论依据和建议。

Strengthening the Post-quake Ecological Appraisal and Promoting the Ecological Restoration

Based on the discussion results of the first academic salon "Appraisal of Ecological Impact in Wenchuan Seismical Region and Post-quake Reconstruction and Rehabilitation" held by Science and Technology Review, some summaries on the characteristics of Wenchuan seismical region's ecological environment, the ecological impact, the importance and goals of the appraisal of ecological impact, and the principles, methods, and connotations of reconstruction and rehabilitation were put forward, in an attempt to provide theoretical basis and advices for the quake-stricken area's reconstruction and the ecological restoration.
