| 摘 要： | 该文简要介绍了聚合反应的工艺及机理，建立了基于多元逐步回归分析方法的铸带切片分子量的统计数学模型，找出了影响铸带切片分子量的主要因素；通过对聚合反应过程关键工艺点温度的正交试验，采用综合平衡协调的决策方法，得到了聚合反应过程的一组较佳的工艺参数。实际运行表明，获得的模型及参数是有效的，对生产产生了较好的经济效益。

| Abstract: | After introducing the production technology of polymerization reaction,the statistic mathematical model of molecule weight of casting slice belt is built based on multivariable step wise regression method.The main factors which influenced the molecule weight are found.With orthogonal test of key point temperature of polymerization reaction,a group of reasonable technology parameters are found by synthesis balance coordination method.Practical application shows that the model and technology parameters are efficient,great economic benefit has been gained in production. |
