| Abstract: | Based of the present situation of sport team, makes a new discussion and investigation on how to do a good organization job on the fundament communist youth league. this article expatiates on the importance of the job on the fundament communist youth league in theory, investigating and solving the new problem with the spirit of innovation and the viewpoint of development, trying our best to built the communist youth league as an advanced organization which is armed with the theory of DENG Xiao-ping, consolidated in thought, politics and organization, and with attraction and coherence in the youth as well. |
