蒲绒纤维的吸油性能

摘    要:利用蒲绒纤维作为吸油材料吸附机油和植物油.结果表明:由蒲绒纤维制得的吸油材料吸油效果良好,1g纤维分别能吸收24.7g纯机油和27.8g纯植物油;在油:纯净水混比1:4条件下,1g纤维分别能吸收17~22g机油和18~24g植物油.香蒲绒纤维经2.5kPa压强机械挤压重复5次,1g蒲绒纤维分别吸收11g机油和9g植物油.蒲绒纤维独特的结构和表面蜡质是决定其吸油能力的重要因素.

Abstract:The cattail fiber was used as a sorbent material for the sorption of motor and vegetable oils.The results showed that the cattail fiber had the high sorption capacity:1g cattail fiber could absorb 24.7g pure motor oil and 27.8g pure vegetable oil respectively.At the condition of the ratio of oil to water 1:4,the cattail fiber could absorb 17-22g motor oil and 18-24g vegetable oil respectively.The oil sorbed onto the material could be recovered by squeezing the sorbent.The squeezed material could absorb 11g motor oil and 9g vegetable oil respectively after 5 times repeatedly squeezing with 2.5 kPa stress.The excellent absorption to oil was determined by cattay fiber's special structure and surface wax.
