| Abstract: | The effect of surface condition of the alloy steel parts on gas carburized layer depth and uni-formity was studied.The results showed that the preoxidation (oxide film treatment) of alloy steel parts have carburized layer deeper and evener after the gas carburizing.The reason for improving the earburized layer at preoxidation of steel parts surface was discussed in this paper. |
