摘    要:本文研究了钢件渗碳前的表面状态对气体渗碳层深度和均匀性的影响,得出渗碳前经预氧化处理的钢件渗碳后渗碳层较深也较均匀,对出现这种结果的原因也进行了讨论。

Abstract:The effect of surface condition of the alloy steel parts on gas carburized layer depth and uni-formity was studied.The results showed that the preoxidation (oxide film treatment) of alloy steel parts have carburized layer deeper and evener after the gas carburizing.The reason for improving the earburized layer at preoxidation of steel parts surface was discussed in this paper.
