| Abstract: | Taking Yellow River basin as the object investigated, and taking the finiteness of the water resources and the non-linearity of the runoff process as the important precondition of the long-term forecasting, this paper sets up a kind of life cycle model to make the long-term trend forecasting for the regional water resource for the first time. |
