三碘苯甲酸和多效唑诱导黄瓜子叶节花分化临界时间的研究

摘    要:7d龄黄瓜无菌苗完全切除全部下胚轴、1 / 2子叶和顶芽 ,取子叶节分别培养于诱芽和诱花培养基上 ,进行逐日更换培养基试验 .诱导营养芽培养基中培养 1~ 3 d,转入诱花培养基 ,成花率在 1 4%~ 40 % ;4d后再转入诱花培养基 ,成花率显著降低至 7%左右 .诱花培养基中培养 1~ 2 d后转入诱芽培养基 ,成花率仅 7%~1 4% ,培养 3 d或 3 d以上转入诱芽培养基 ,成花率显著升高至 2 7%以上 ,培养 6~ 7d后转入诱芽培养基 ,直接成花率则可达 60 % .结果表明三碘苯甲酸和多效唑诱导黄瓜子叶节花分化的临界时间是 3 d左右 .

Abstract:Cotyledonary nodes of 7-day-old cucumber seedlings were cultured separately on vegetative bud induction medium and flower induction medium. Then the cultures were transferred from one medium to the other, until the 10th day to determine the critical period of flower transition and flower reversion. The results are as follows: (1) The percentage of flower formation decreased from 40% to 26.7%, when the duration of vegetative bud induction medium pretreatment before transferring cotyledonary nodes to flower induction medium was prolonged from 1 day to 3 days. The flower formation percentage was very low when the vegetative bud induction medium pretreatment was prolonged to 4 days. (2) The flower formation percentage was low, when the duration of flower induction medium pretreatment was less than 2 days before cotyledonary nodes were transferred to vegetative bud induction medium. The flower formation percentage shifted to 26.7%, when the flower induction medium pretreatment was prolonged to 3 days. The percentage of flower bud formation was increased to 60% when the flower induction medium pretreatment was carried on for 6 days.
