摘    要:为了研制推靠式旋转导向系统,设计了一种推靠机构。推靠机构带有独立的液压控制系统,通过控制电机和柱塞泵的旋转以及电磁阀的开关实现翼肋的伸出、收缩及自锁。详述了推靠机构的结构以及液压控制系统原理,介绍了翼肋伸缩的控制过程,推导了翼肋行程及推靠力的计算方法。并根据推靠机构的设计,研制了实验装置,对推靠机构、液压控制原理、翼肋伸缩和翼肋伸出后的自锁功能、翼肋的行程和推靠力等进行了验证。实验表明翼肋的最大行程约为26 mm,最大推靠力约为3. 5 t,翼肋伸出后可以自锁。

Abstract:In order to study the push-the-bit rotary steerable system (RSS), a pushing unit was designed. An independent hydraulic control system was fixed on the pushing unit to control the motor, piston pump and solenoid valves, which carried out the extension, contraction and self-locking functions of the ribs. The structure of the pushing unit and the theory of hydraulic control system were elaborated, the extension and contraction processes of the ribs were studied, and the calculation equations of moving distance and pushing forces of the ribs were deduced. Based on the design of the pushing unit, an experimental device was developed to test the structure of the pushing unit, the hydraulic control principle, the extension, contraction and self-locking function of the ribs, the moving distance and pushing forces of the ribs. In the experiments, the maximum moving distance of the rib was about 26 mm, the maximum pushing force of the ribs was about 3.5 t, and after the ribs were extended, its self-locking function was verified.
