摘    要:针对目前玉石床垫加工行业以人工为主、效率低下的现象,通过对玉石的点胶、粘贴等工艺进行分析,采用视觉引导方法对玉石床垫点胶贴玉系统进行研究。提出了一套以三菱L02CPU-CM PLC为控制核心、以LD77MS运动模块为伺服驱动,采用三菱GOT触摸屏作为人机交互工具的玉石床垫粘贴生产线控制系统,并完成了相应的硬件及软件系统设计。生产实践表明,该系统结构严谨、运行稳定、生产效率高,能很好满足企业生产要求。

Abstract:Aiming at the phenomenon of artificial and low efficiency in the current jade mattress processing industry, the process of jade dispensing and pasting was analyzed, and the system of jade mattress dispensing and pasting by visual guidance were studied. A set of jade mattress pasting production line control system with mitsubishi L02CPU-CM PLC as the control core, LD77MS motion module as the servo drive, and mitsubishi GOT touch screen as the human-computer interaction tool were proposed, and corresponding hardware and software system design were completed. The production practice showed that the system had strict structure, stable operation and high production efficiency, which could well meet the production requirements of enterprises.
