摘    要:悬挂式无刷爪极发电机具有励磁调节方便、无附加磁路气隙、磁路对称、工作可靠等优点,同时也存在漏磁系数大、发电效率较低的问题。通过对悬挂式无刷爪极发电机磁极结构尺寸的参数化分析,实现磁极参数的优化和发电效率的提高。利用有限元软件对发电机不同参数建模仿真,结果表明:与法兰盘相连的弯折半径是决定磁路磁场饱和的主要因素;磁极厚度、极弧系数等磁极参数存在最优取值范围,优化后发电机主气隙峰值磁密提高、平均值增大,发电效率提高。补充了悬挂式无刷爪极电机的仿真分析基础,可据此对相关参数进行匹配设计。

Magnetic Pole Parameter Optimization Analysis of Suspended Brushless Claw Electric Excitation Generator Based on Maxwell

Abstract:The suspended brushless claw pole generator has the advantages of convenient excitation adjustment, no additional magnetic circuit air gap, magnetic circuit symmetry, reliable operation, etc., there are also such problems of serious magnetic leakage and low power generation efficiency, through parametric analysis of the magnetic pole structure size of the suspended brushless claw pole generator, the optimization of the magnetic pole parameters and the improvement of the power generation efficiency can be achieved. Using finite element software to model and simulate generators with different parameters, the results show that the bending radius connected with the flange is the main factor determining the saturation of the magnetic field; the magnetic pole thickness and the polar arc coefficient have the optimal range. After optimization, the main air gap magnetic peak value of the generator increases and the average value increases. The simulation analysis theory of the suspended brushless claw pole motor is complemented, and the relevant parameters can be matched and designed accordingly.
