基于无刷直流电机的交叉反馈电子差速器仿真

摘    要:为了解决轮毂电机转弯时差速运行,提出了一种交叉反馈电子差速器,介绍了这种交叉反馈电子差速器系统结构及工作原理。差速系统以无刷直流电机为控制对象,分析了其数学模型与运行状态,并在Matlab/Simulink环境下搭建了交叉反馈电子差速器的仿真模型。通过对电动汽车在直线行驶和转弯行驶下的转速、转矩波形分析,验证了这种交叉反馈电子差速器的可行性。

Abstract:In order to solve the differential operation of the hub motor turning, a cross-feedback electronic differential is proposed to introduce the structure and working principle of the cross-feedback electronic differential system. The differential system is controlled by brushless DC motor. The mathematical model and running state are analyzed. The simulation model of cross-feedback electronic differential is built in Matlab/Simulink environment. The feasibility of this cross-feedback electronic differential is verified by analyzing the speed and torque waveform of electric vehicles in straight and cornering.
