摘    要:为准确分析航空渐开线花键副的动态啮合力,考虑了渐开线花键齿形因素,通过建立渐开线花键各齿几何形状的数学模型,推导出航空渐开线花键副在考虑x、y方向振动的情况下各齿齿廓上各点的动态坐标,进而求解出齿的啮合变形量和动态啮合力大小,采用MATLAB分析了振动对航空渐开线花键副动态啮合力的影响。结果表明:提出的计算渐开线花键副啮合力的方法,在给定正弦规律的振动情况下,啮合力和啮合力矩呈周期性波动,其周期与振动周期密切相关;在运行过程中并非所有花键齿全部受力,且受力大小并非全部相等,为设计高性能、高精度以及高强度的航空渐开线花键副提供了准确的动态力计算方法。

Abstract:In order to accurately analyze the dynamic meshing force of the aviation involute spline pair,a mathematical model of the tooth geometry of the involute spline was established with the consideration of the influence of the involute spline tooth shape factor on the meshing force during the vibration process. The dynamic coordinates of each point on each tooth were derived in the case of considering the vibration in the x and y directions . Then meshing deformation force,and clearance of each tooth were obtained by means of MATLAB,and then analyzed. It is concluded that according to the method for calculating the involute spline pair meshing force proposed in this paper, the meshing force and the meshing moment was fluctuated periodically, and the period was closely related to the vibration period; not all spline teeth were subjected to mesh during operation, and the magnitude of the force was not uniform. It can be seen that the analysis result is close to the actual involute spline condition, which provides an accurate dynamic force calculation method for designing high performance, high precision and high strength aviation involute spline pairs.
