质量立校 特色兴校 人才强校——论江苏技术师范学院的跨越式发展

经过近20年艰苦创业,江苏技术师范学院形成当前办学规模,成绩斐然。未来几年跨越式发展的宏伟目标以及“质量立校、特色兴校、人才强校”的发展战略已经确定——以科学发展观确立“质量立校”共识,通过强化管理、落实职责抓紧全面提高教育质量这个根本;求真务实,真抓实干,从“三性融合”、“三证齐发”、“三教统筹”三方面形成职技高师办学特色,凸显“特色兴校”优势;制定和落实有力措施,迅速组建高素质、高水平的教师和科研两支队伍,以“内培外引”集聚人才,促进“人才强校”出成果,调动全院积极性,为实现江苏技术师范学院跨越式发展目标作贡献。

Existence on Quality, Prosperity from Characteristics,Consolidation by Human Resources--on Forward-leaping Development of JTUT

JTUT has achieved great achievements as well as a large scale of running education over 20 years' hard work. It has set up its goal and development strategy, that is, "existence on quality, prosperity from cha-racteristics, and consolidation by human resources" in coming years. A common sense of existence on quality has been formed for the purpose of improvement of teaching quality by strengthening the administration and fulfilling the responsibility. The vocational education characteristics are embodied in "three characteristics", "three certificates", and "three types of education", thus showing the superiority of the vocational education. The paper also points out effective measures should be taken, the staff with advanced le-vel of teaching and scientific research ability should be enlisted and their enthustiasm should be mobilized to make contribution to the forward-leaping development of JTUT.
