白云石酸解液中氢氧化镁的沉淀研究

摘    要:利用盐酸分步浸渍白云石熟科制得富镁溶液,再用白云石煅粉作沉淀剂,得到沉降性好的氢氧化镁沉淀,经分离、烘干、灼烧,所得氧化镁的纯度可达92%若以白云石灰乳作沉淀剂,控制反应条件,保留晶种循环,可得到具有一定粒度、易分离的氢氧化镁沉淀,经烘干、灼烧所得的轻质氧化镁达到GB优级品标准.

Abstract:The solution in rich magnesium was made by immersing dolomite in chlorhydric acid, then using dolomite forge power as precipitant, magnesium hydroxide with good settling character was formed, then separated, dried and incandesced, the purity of resulting magnesium oxide reached 92%; while using the emulsion of dolomite as precipitant, controling reactive conditions, reserving the seed crystal to circulate, the magnesium hydroxide precipitate was formed, having proper size, separated easily, dried and incandesced, the resulting light magnesium oxide reached a high good grade standard of GB.
