光栅尺寸对光栅泰伯效应的影响

摘    要:利用菲涅尔衍射理论分析了光栅的衍射,获得光栅菲涅尔衍射的一般公式.通过模拟计算发现了光栅有限尺寸对光栅泰伯效应的影响,并就光栅尺寸对不同泰伯距离处光栅衍射光强分布的影响进行了解释。

Abstract:The diffracton of the grating is analyzed by the theory of the Fresnel diffraction, and the general formula of the diffraction intensity of the grating in Fresnel diffraction region is obtained. Through lots of the numerical calculations, it is found that the influence of size of the grating on the Tabot effect at a certain Talbot distance is obvious. For a grating with the same size, the further the Talbot distance is, the severer the influence of size of the grating on the Talbot image is. The physical expression for this influence on the diffraction intensity at the Talbot distances is performed too.
