摘    要:在国家标准的基础上,结合耙吸式挖泥船(TSHD)的特点,提出一套适用于已建造投入使用的TSHD性能水平等级评价方法,建立了相应的评价指标体系和计算方法,用于对建造完成的TSHD的先进性评价.经过分析和计算实例表明,该性能水平等级评价方法是可行和有效的.利用获取的评价结果,可对船舶在同类型挖泥船中的先进性水平进行定位,评估船舶设计是否达到预期的效果,找出存在的问题,以指导今后的工作;同时,可为国标中的船舶性能水平等级评价体系作有益补充.

Abstract:Abstract: Combined with the characteristics of trailing suction hopper dredger (TSHD), the advanced grade evaluation method for TSHD which has been delivered is proposed on the basis of the national standard. The evaluation criteria system and calculation method are put forward to assess the capability of TSHD. Results of analysis and calculation examples prove the availability of evaluation criteria system and calculation method for TSHD. The advanced level of TSHD in the same type ship can be graded according to the obtained evaluation results to appraise whether the TSHD achieves the desired results, find out the existing problems, and summarize the experience to guide the future work. At the same time, the evaluation criteria system and calculation method will be a beneficial complement to function grade valuation system of ships and ocean structures in the national standard.
