对转桨整体定常面元法

摘    要:从对转桨(Contra-Rotating Propeller,CRP)几何特点和面元法基本求解公式出发,提出了一种将对转桨的前、后桨作为整体求解的定常面元法.运用此整体面元法计算了美国泰勒水池2组对转桨的敞水性能,同时与试验结果和迭代面元法计算结果进行了对比.对比结果表明,整体定常面元法的计算精度与迭代面元法的计算精度相当,但整体面元法的计算时间约为迭代面元法计算时间的1/2,且整体定常面元法避免了前、后桨迭代的步骤,为对转桨优化设计以及混合式CRP推进系统的设计分析提供了高效的数值手段,且分析了整体定常面元法的计算误差.

Abstract:he geometry of contra rotating propeller was discussed and the basic theory of surface panel method was analyzed. Then an integral steady panel method which treats the forward propeller and aft propeller as a whole was presented. Two sets of contra rotating propeller developed by David W. Taylor Naval Ship R&D Center were analyzed by the integral steady panel method. Numerical results were compared with experimental data and iterative panel method results. Results show that the calculation time of integral steady panel method is nearly half as much time of iterative panel method’s and the accuracies are equal. As the iterative procedure is avoided in the integral steady panel method, an efficient method can be established based on the integral steady method for the design and analysis of contra rotating propeller or hybrid CRP podded propulsion system. Furthermore, the numerical error of integral steady panel method was analyzed.
