| Abstract: | State systematic main factors and systematic structures of the enterprise's scientific and technological progress by making use of the systematic standpoints, and analyze the process of forming the systematic functions. Therefore point out that, in order to speed up the enterprise's scientific and technological progress, the systematic structures must be optimized so that all of the main factors and subsidiary systems can be coordinatively developed on a whole. |
