After the World War II,Marshall mainly undertook two foreign affairs:Efforts at the Mediation and European Renaissance Project.It was a crucial moment of historical development for American government to mediate the conflict between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party,which was an important choice to keep up the steady strategic relations between American and Chinese,a key step to achieve the global strategic target of "the Great American Dream" and a strategic project consistent with American policy for the Far-east;European Renaissance Project was an important action for European stability and development,and a step of American government project in the global strategy as well.Both of the two hands were necessary links of American foreign affairs after the World War II,which sustained a world system that was leaded by American government.
