| 摘 要： | 手性拆分相比于传统的色谱分离,分离分析难度非常大.本文介结合近些年了科学研究的发展趋势总结了环糊精作为手性选择试剂在毛细管电泳手性分离中的应用,介绍了毛细管电泳的基本原理,环糊精及其衍生物是一种最常用的手性选择试剂,通过与被分析药物结合形成包合物,瞬时失去手性而实现手性拆分,并通过相关公式讨论了其拆分机理,并探讨了环糊精手性分离未来的发展方向,该分析方法极其经典,具有实用性.

| Abstract: | Compared with conventional chromatographic separation,chiral separation and analysis is very diffcult.The basic principles of capillary electrophoresis was introduced in this article,the latest researches of chiral selectors cyclodextrin and its derivatives were specifically summarized.Cyclodextrin and analyte were binding to form inclusion complexes. |
