计算混气泥浆柱井底压力的新方法

摘    要:本文在考虑气体在泥浆中滑脱以及气体重量的情况下,推导出了计算混气泥浆柱动态井底压力(BHP)的公式(备有软件),并与过去通用的不考虑气体滑脱和气体重量的计算方法进行了对比。由此得出结论:在2000~4000m井深条件下,气体滑脱对井底压力有明显影响,其绝对误差可达1.92MPa,相对误差可达5.8%。气体重量对井底压力也有影响,其绝对误差为0.77MPa,相对误差为2.3%。

Abstract:In view of gas slip in the mud and gas weight, the formulas of calculating dynamic BHP of gas-cutting mud and computer programs have been developed in this paper. The new method has been compared with that one generally used in the past in case the gas slip and gas weight were neglected. From this a conclusion can be drawn that when the well depth is within 2000 to 4000 meters, gas slip has an obvious effect on BHP. The abs olute error may be up to 1.92 MPa, and the relative error 5.8%. Gas weight also has some influence on BHP,the absolute error may be up to 0.77MPa and the relative error 2.3%.
