低速测功机的实验研究

摘    要:本文介绍了一种新型低速测功机的结构和工作原理.该机最大吸收功率30kw,最大加载转矩9800N.m,能够直接对工程机械、拖拉机等行驶速度低而驱动转矩很大的车辆的驱动轮进行加载.试验结果表明该机在速度极低(n=0)的情况下也能提供很大的加载转矩,吸功曲线丰满.该机结构简单,易于实现动态控制.

Abstract:The principle and construction of CD - 1 dynamometer are introduced in this paper. Itsmayhem brake power is 30 kW, and the maxium brake torque is 9800 N. m. It can directly load thedriving wheels of a vehicle, such as tractors and construction machineries, that drives usually inlow speed with great driving torque. The testing presents that the dynamometer can create load invery low Speed (n = 0)'.Its fisure of brake power is plunp. The dynamic control of the dynamometer is easy.
