以双乙烯酮为原料制备硝基乳清酸钾

摘    要:硝基乳清酸钾为有机合成和制药工业的重要中间体.应厂商要求笔者采用两种不同的路线对合成5-硝基乳清酸钾的方法进行实验研究.结果表明:方法(1)有双乙烯酮和尿素为原料,经4步反应制备5-硝基乳清酸钾,总收率47.6%.方法(2)用乙酰乙酸乙酯和硫脲为原料经4步反应制备5-硝基乳清酸钾,总收率36.5%~38.5%.无论从收率或方法的可行性考核,方法(1)均比方法(2)优越.

Abstract:In this paper, two methods have been used to synthesize respectively compounds of patassium, 1, 2, 3, 6-tetrahydro-5-nitro-2, 6-dioxo-4-pyrimidinecar-boxylate, The experimental results proved that method is better than method ( 2) . Method ( 1) : Was prepered from diketen and urea in 4 steps, overall yield 47.60%. Method ( 2): Was prapared from ethyl acetoacetate and thoiurea in 4 staps, overall yield 36.5-38.5%.
