摘    要:采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳方法,对广西自然种群、乐清自然种群、山东自然种群、韩国自然种群和乐清养殖种群泥蚶(Tegillarcagranosa)的过氧化物酶、酯酶及淀粉酶等3种同工酶进行了研究。结果表明,POD同工酶除韩国自然种群外,其它种群的表达一致;AMY同工酶除乐清养殖种群外,其它种群的表达一致。EST酶谱中,广西自然种群与乐清自然种群的酶谱表达一致,而山东自然种群、乐清养殖种群和韩国自然种群的表达存在一定的差异。

Abstract:By using the polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, three isozymes(POD?EST?AMY) of Tegillarca granosa with five population(Guangxi, Yueqing, Shangdong, South Korea natural population and Yueqing cultivated population) were studied. The results showed, except South Korea natural population, the expression of POD isozyme of the other population is same. Except Yueqing cultivated population, the expression of AMY isozyme of the other population is same. In EST isozyme chart,the chart of Guangxi and Yueqing natural population is same, but the expression of EST isozyme of Shangdong, South Korea natural population and Yueqing cultivated population have definite difference.
