| 摘 要： | 针对工业产业现状,研究了工业产业核心能力的内涵,认为工业产业核心能力是指工业产业在区域之间的竞争中快速实现先进技术的获取、积累、激活与运用的能力,表现为较强的技术学习能力与技术创新能力.在此基础上,构造了具有可操作性的评价指标体系,并采用模糊决策法对2004年中国31个地区工业产业核心能力进行了比较评价.通过对各地区工业产业核心能力评价值与产品销售收入进行聚类分析,表明了该评价模型的合理性.
