| 摘 要： | 主要采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、统计分析法和访谈法等研究方法,对河南省8所高校学生体育行为情况进行了抽样调查.了解和掌握河南省高校学生体育行为的现状,探索高校学生体育行为的特征与规律,分析影响其体育行为的因素,为高校体育运动的发展提出对策和建议.

| Abstract: | By analyzing the results of a questionnaire to university students on their motives and favorable sport behaviors in university students of Henan province, the writer draws out the subjective and objective elenlents affecting university students, finds out the rule and character in their sport behaviors. At the same time, trys to give some suggestions on them. |
