关于加快高校科技成果转化的研究

摘    要:
高校科技成果转化取得巨大成就,但也存在不少问题。要从推进科教兴国战略高度重新认识和重视高校科技成果转化的重要地位和作用,要认识到高校科技成果转化是国家科技创新体系的重要组成部分,是合格人才培养的重要方式,是教育创新的重要内容,是实施创业教育的重要环节。当前,要通过健全科技成果产出机制,完善科研评估体系,提高科技成果质量;调整科研类型结构,创新科技成果转化体制;建立健全科技成果转化投资体系和中介服务组织等改革措施,加快高校科技成果转化。

Abstract:
Although there is a great success in the achievements transformation of science and technology,there are still some problems .The important status and role of achievements transfomation of scienceand technology should be highly recognized again and attached much importance to by using the tactics in developing China with science and education.It should be recognized that the transformation is the important part of chinese scientifical and technical innovation system.It is the important show of qualified talent ,as wellas the chief context of educational innovation,and it's the key link of carring out education.Now,By establishing reasonable achievement production system of science and technology,We must perfect the scientifical research evaluation system,develop the quality of the achieve meat of advanced science and technology,adjust the typical form of science and research,make innovations of achievement transformation system,establish and perfect the investment system of the transformation and the organization of media and service,speed up the achievement transformation.
