灵芝耐药性研究

摘    要:为探索生料栽培灵芝的可行性,研究了6种杀菌剂对杂菌的抑制作用以及对灵芝菌丝的影响.其中代森锰锌和克霉灵对灵芝菌丝生长影响很小,与熟料栽培无显著差异,可供灵芝生料栽培使用;氢氧化铜、高锰酸钾、硫粉、百菌清对灵芝菌丝生长有不同程度的抑制,与熟料栽培有显著差异,因而不适用于灵芝的生料栽培.

Abstract:To explore the feasibility of cultivation of Ganoderma Lucidum with raw materials, six sterilizing agents were evaluated their effects on the mycelium growth of G. Lucidum and other pathogens. The results showed that the medium processed with Mancozeb or KEMEILING had no difference with the autoclaved medium in cultivating G. Lucidum. The others including Kocide, potassium permanganate, sulfur powder and Dacotech had some negative effects on the mycelium growth of Lucidum and were not suitable for cultivation of G. Lucidum.
