| 摘 要： | 主动网络是一种可编程的网络，用户可以对网络进行个性化的编程和设置。在分析传统网络管理模型不足的基础上，提出了一种基于主动网络技术的网络管理系统设计方案，并对主动报文、Active-Agent和主动处理平台的设计进行了讨论，最后给出了一个故障管理的例子。 |

| Abstract: | Active network is a kind of programable network, which customizes the applications. This paper presents an active network-based network management system on the basis of analyzing the limitations of traditional prototype and discusses the design of the active packet, the active-agent and the active processing platform. In the end, an instance of fault management is given. |
