| 摘 要： | 在知识经济时代，通过继续教育来不断提高和强化高校图书馆工作人员各方面的素质很有必要。对他们进行继续教育的内容主要包括提高思想水平，扩大知识面，调整知识结构，掌握专业技能等几个方面。叙述高校图书馆开展继续教育的途径，并就深化继续教育的措施提出建议。
