摘    要:研究了H2O存在下双金属CrCo-、VCr-、VCo-、VNi-、CrNiMEL结构杂原子分子筛对环己醇、2-丁醇、2-丙醇、环己烯的选择氧化催化性能,并考察了反应温度及H2O2浓度对环己烯催化氧化反应的影响。结果表明,反应物不同,活性亦不同,其顺序为环为已烯〉环己醇〉2-丁醇〉2-丙醇;CrNi、CrCoMEL分子筛活性较高,而VCo-、VCr-、VNiMEL分子筛活性较低,反应温度和H2O2浓

Abstract:The catalytic activity of MEL structured silicalites simultaneously containing vanadium and cobalt, vanadium and chromium, chromium and cobalt, vanadium and nickel as well as chromium and nickel has been evaluated with the selective oxidation of alcohols and cyclohexene in the presence of dilute hydrogen peroxide. Effects of reaction temperature and hydrogen peroxide concentration on the oxidation of cyclohexene have also been investigated. It reveals that for the substrates the activity decreased in the order of cyclohaxene>cyclohaxanol>2 butanol>2 propanol. CrNiMEL and CrCoMEL exhibited higher catalytic activity as compared with VCoMEL, VNiMEL and VCrMEL. Reaction temperature and hydrogen peroxide concentration show significantly influence on the oxidation of cyclohexene.
