摘    要:本文详细地研究了形变热处理中过时效和冷轧变形量对Al-Zn-Mg合金组织和超塑性的影响。指出:细晶是超塑组织条件中的核心因素,细晶材料产生超塑性的原因是具有高m值,产生高m值的原因是晶界滑移和扩散蠕变作用大。同时讨论了形变热处理中细晶化机理,指出关键问题是过时效和冷轧变形量的最佳配合。

Abstract:Investigates in detail the effects of overaging and cold- rolling deformationon the structure and superplasticity of an Al-Zn -Mg alloy after thermomechanicaltreatment (TMT). It is revealed that the grain size is the most important struc-tural condition for superplasticity and that the reason why superplasticity takesplace in fine grain materials is considered as high m value which is resultingfrom grain boundary slip and diffusion creep. Discusses the mechanism of grainrefinement in TMT and points out that the key factor is an optimal matchingof overaging with cold- rolling deformation.
