规范前哨淋巴结活检术中临床可疑淋巴结的重要意义

目的:评价前哨淋巴结切除的规范性及术中临床可疑淋巴结检出的临床意义.方法:选择65例早期乳腺癌患者行以蓝色染料作为示踪剂的规范前哨淋巴结活检,其中成功63例.采用印片细胞学的方法做病理诊断,前哨淋巴结切除过程中发现的临床可疑淋巴结单独送检,找出染色前哨淋巴结病理阴性而临床可疑淋巴结病理阳性的病例.结果:65例患者前哨淋巴结活检的检出率为96.9％,63例患者中共检出138枚前哨淋巴结.印片结果显示,13例患者前哨淋巴结阳性,其中染色前哨淋巴结阴性而未染色临床可疑淋巴结阳性的患者3例,占前哨淋巴结阳性患者的23.1％.结论:前哨淋巴结活检术的规范性及可靠检出临床可疑淋巴结具有重要的临床意义,因手术不规范而遗漏阳性的临床可疑淋巴结可能会造成严重后果.

The Significance of Standard of Clinical Doubtful Positive Lymph Nodes in Sentinel Lymph Node Biopsy(SLND)

objective To evaluate the standard of sentinel Lymph node biopsy(SLND) and the significance of identify the clinical doubtful positive lymph nodes.Methods: 65 patients underwent early stage breast cancer were chosed to SLND marked by blue dye,63 patients were meet the criterion.The Lymph nodes were pathological diagnosis with printing cytology.The clinical doubtful positive lymph nodes in SLND were pathological examination independent,and found out the clinical clinical suspicious lymph nodes but the pathological examination were pathological examination.Results:The relevance ratio of the 65 patients underwent SLND was 96.9%,138 lymph nodes were found in 63 patients.The results of printing cytology shows,13 sentinel Lymph nodes were metastasis.There are 3 which pathological examination negative in clinical suspicious lymph nodes,the ratio was 23.1%.Conclusion:The normalization of the SLND and dependable pathological diagnosis of the clinical doubtful positive lymph nodes is very important.The consequences were serious when we neglected the clinical doubtful positive lymph nodes because of the nonstandard operation.
