摘    要:为准确分析二冲程船舶柴油机工作时主轴承润滑特性,在ANSYS中建立曲轴、活塞、连杆等部件的有限元模型,采用子结构法对其进行结构缩减,并将结果文件导入EX-CITE软件中,建立轴系非线性多体动力学模型.采用该模型对主轴承进行了一个循环的弹性动力学计算.结果表明,与刚体分析方法相比,采用非线性多体动力学方法可获得更接近实际的轴承载荷的边界条件,提高了船舶柴油机主轴承润滑特性计算精度.

Abstract:A lubrication analysis of main bearing in two-stroke marine diesel engine was carried out under the normal operating mode based on nonlinear multi-body dynamics and 3D finite element method. The finite element models of crankshaft,piston assembly and connect rod were created in ANSYS,which were simplified by substructure technique,and the result files were introduced into EXCITE software to create the multi-body dynamics model.
