大规模定制下客户价值的分析及其定价模式研究

摘    要:对大规模定制下的客户价值的内涵进行了界定,并对客户价值的测量进行了分析;指出了大规模定制产品价格组成,分析了客户价值与MC产品价格之间的关系,提出了MC产品价格的计算方法;最后提出了基于不同类型客户的MC产品定价模式。

Abstract:The concept of customer value for mass customization is presented and the method for calculating customer value is analyzed. Then the constitute of mass customization product price is pointed out, and the relationship between customer value and MC product price is analyzed. After this, the method how to calculate MC product price is presented. Finally, MC product pricing mode based on different style customer is advised.
